Cooler than average temperatures during March
In April the high temperature averages 70 degrees F and
the low averages 50 degrees F. Water temperature is about 52 degrees F,
the wind blows about 14 mph and more than three inches of precipitation

During the period from March 1 to March 22, 2006, the average high temperature
was 57 degrees F and the average low was 47 degrees F. Peak wind speed
averaged 24 mph and less than one-quarter of an inch of precipitation
fell.
