Temperatures and wind speeds above average
In February the high temperature averages 54 degrees
F and the low averages 36 degrees F. Water temperature is about 43 degrees
F, the wind blows about 15 mph and more than three inches of precipitation

During the period from January 1 to January 22, 2006, the average high
temperature was 58 degrees F and the average low was 46 degrees F. Peak
wind speed averaged 23 mph and two inches of precipitation fell.
